He’s not the scary kind of brown-skinned, beard-and-turban Muslim with an accent they’ve been taught to hate. He’s white-presenting and has hopped on the Know-Nothing anti-immigrant train (in addition to all the other MAGA positions and licking off Biff’s arse, as @Mindysan33 notes).

Also, he’s a reality TV celebrity who knows how to peddle woo. That counts for a lot with the death-cult party.

Yes, Oz tweeted the photos of himself in the big machine (along with the group including a person in sandals!! with a hard hat) and Fetterman quote tweeted the graphic poking fun at him.
