I’m curious what fraction of the people who have stayed are H1Bs.
Back when I was living in the States I remember there were rules where you were supposed to keep H1Bs under a certain percentage of employees else you become H1B dependent.
I’m not sure what the current requirements are if you are H1B dependent. But I am secretly hopeing this bites twitter in the ass…
