IIRC, there was sword violence in downtown San Diego during the pandemic, but I’m not sure if they ever found the suspect.

I have, multiple times, seen kids for “follow-up” of ear infections (usually) diagnosed over the phone or by video chat. I’m sorry, that is just not possible. How can you diagnose an ear infection without looking at the ear? This is one small step from just OTC antibiotics for whatever, just in case. I am very glad I am at the tail end of my career. Where we are going is not really a place I want to be.

More data breaches enabled by tax processing companies. Add that to reports of credit reporting agencies selling consumer data, too. There’s no point in avoiding social media when firms can violate everyone’s privacy at will:
