I heard a horrid clip of him on AM radio last night. He said the âbidding starts at $5kâ, and when asked whether the sale of the gun might be offensive, the genius responded âi donât care, they {the potentially offended} wonât be bidding anywayâ. Is this dude uniquely American, or do other countries have such rarified assholes? (Also, puking in my mouth a little remembering the right-wing pundits lining up to defend and exalt this lowlife mouth-breather after he murdered Trayvon Martin and walked because Florida).

Honestly, though, I donât wish any harm to him. Iâd rather see him realize that how much heâs hurt other people and then actually turn around and join BLM.
Iâd also like a tap-dancing unicorn, and I think I have a better chance of getting that.

I suspect Zimmerman wasnât a stellar example of humanity to begin with, but the polarizing nature of the shooting and trial probably helped cement his worst attributes.
One day you wake up and realize that half the country hates you, and the only people singing your praise are the bigoted nutjobs. You can either publicly reject them and have everyone hate you, or you can embrace their ideology as your own. Zimmerman sadly and predictably chose the latter.

We make the mistake of assuming scum like Zimmerman actually recognize and appreciate the difference. Right wing nutjobs are secure in their worldview and honestly believe that everyone who holds a counter position are simply misguided and wrong. This belief system is fundamental to their identity and allows them to genuinely believe that they are being unfairly persecuted by the âliberalsâ and MSM.
There is no room for dithering on these matters as that would indicate thoughtfulness, empathy and introspection - qualities that people like Zimmerman lack utterly.

Florida elected a man drummed out of the army for war crimes. Who campaigned on the basis of his record of service to the nation. Being a craven cowardly piece of shit is certainly no bar to fame and fortune over there.

Iâve only met a couple people that defended him in 2013, and even they reversed their opinion on what they law should have been by the time he was trying to get out of tickets using his âcelebrity.â Iâm honestly shocked he hasnât shown up on the GOP campaign trail - wanted or not.
