It seems like things I used to enjoy keep coming back to haunt me. Not only plots from Sci-Fi classics, but also ones from French literature. I donāt want to be continually reminded of Camusā La Peste, and Huis Clos by Sartre. Every time I see a covidiot story, āLāenfer, cāest les autres/Hell is other peopleā keeps running through my mind.
All a part of my messy pantheon. āGodā gets all loud and bossy with the goddesses, who ignore him and get on with their own businesses, but since he was the first god I was introduced to, he gets to be my pantheon.
eta: @Melizmatic and @anon59592690 reminded me - church services are dance parties/drum circles/jam nights.
I probably heard the RTC version more than the Faithless original, which must be impressive considering the amount of radio play I remember God is a DJ getting.
