Fungicides will kill Psilocybe, same as any other fungi. I’m sure there are some that have good crops, but the course I’m most familiar with was a grassy desert with no fungi of any kind.
I’m guessing the hole is small, and would “fill up” too quickly, going all over their…parts. yech.
Most golf courses are on private land, but shit-tons of them are publicly subsidized by virtue of being given tax incentives to exist. Including the ones that won’t let you in if you’re poor, brown, new money or any combination thereof.
Wherever this occurs, over time that land becomes the public’s by virtue of their having paid for it through lost tax revenue from people who can afford to pay those taxes.
Gives new meaning to “squatters rights”!
