Here in Tijuana, a woman promoting Haribo candies was passing out trick-or-treat bags to folks who bought a Haribo product. Didn’t need to sell me. I bought a bag of Gold Bears and gave the trick-or-treat bag to my friend Samantha to give to her young cousin to use.
