Pretty sure it was a very short time from alcohol for medicinal use and alcohol to soothe one’s soul. Just like the first use of photography wasn’t to make porn. But it was likely the second or third.

It wasn’t a complete failure.
First time trying a chocolate pecan pie.
It overflowed like a lava. But as ugly as it looks, It tasted great.
More like candy than pie.

Roasted and processed with one raw garlic clove some olive oil and salt.

Shrimp risotto with spinach and lemon for dinner. Added a (big) cube of frozen homemade shrimp stock at the beginning, it really boosts the flavor. It’s almost time to make more, only one cube left in the freezer.
