he wouldn’t do that in texas. here, even the democrats carry guns.
The screenshot makes him look like a mass shooter…
That’s the thing, this is true in most states. Only the truly evil actually want to use them, though.
Pretty much every weapon demonstration clip ends up looking like this and the usual response to the mall ninjas in those (except for Shad’s vids because at least he tries to make them educational)
Seriously, this dingus’ Democratic voting neighbors are quite likely to own a rifle very similar to the one he is brandishing. Hunting is still a big deal in a lot of northern states, and the butcher doesn’t give a flying fig who you voted for.
The “Gravy Seals” to the rescue. Shut up Nazi, you couldn’t fight your way out’a paper bag.
He certainly looks like a shooter with a lot of mass.
Off topic, @mr_raccoon, have you watched any of the videos by Tod Cutler/ Tod’s Workshop or Matt Easton/Schola Gladiatoria? Both do some interesting videos about medieval and Victorian weapons. Tod has even got a trebuchet.
It sounds like there is a 50/50 chance of this guy getting elected or going to prison … the perfect Republican candidate. Who needs policy when you can shoot your problems.
I have not. I’ll check them out sometime
It’s one thing to be able to hold a gun in a tv spot.
It’s another to be able to do this and he’s on the left haha
Cold Steel is sort of notorious for its demonstrations of its mall ninja stuff. The commentary kinda enhances it!
“Please be responsible for your purchases, except when it comes to heavy duty sword canes.” is good life advice! Haha.
He looks like every person posted on the Herman Cain Award subreddit.
How is this not inciting violence? How is brandishing a weapon in a political message considered anything other than barbaric?
I can totally do this with a fountain pen.
Inciting violence (and inciting a violent mob to attempt an insurrection) is apparently no longer a prosecutable offense in this country.
…Colin Kaepernick…
A bunch of politicians and… a guy who used to play football? Not only does Kaepernick’s inclusion make this an overt threat of violence (how else is he going to stop him?), it makes his whole pitch more obvious - that he’s fighting a culture war on behalf of white supremacy. (Ok, having a bunch of people of color, president excepted, kind of makes that clear with the regressive slogan, but there’s no doubt with Kaepernick’s out-of-place appearance in the ad.)
What do you mean “or”?
It always depended on who was doing the inciting and who they were targeting…
If they ever actually arrested this “tough guy” doofus for uttering threats against elected officials I bet you he’d be crying like a baby.
“do whatever it takes to return this country back to its former glory.”
Hmm. Replace “this country” with “Russia”, and he’s Putin.
Replace it with “Germany” and…
