Killing for food is one thing, this sounds like it was just for sport. Disgusting.

Indeed sounds like sport trophy hunting for antlers which will fall off next month for winter.

Injuries resulting from wounded deer are not uncommon, said Joe Dale Purdom from the Game and Fish Commission.

There’s a reason it’s called hunting and not shopping.
