it was the lock from it – it was simply pushed inside by the bump

We just need to need an excuse to use a multiplier. Or, we can just say the official count is over 10,000 but we can’t show the results because they are under audit. Then we can say that nobody really cares about proof of the 10,000 count. Easy.
