Holy cow, what a POS.
It’s insane seeing that in such a stably shot HD video, presumably being recorded by a reporter.
I wonder if this guy has got away with actions like this in the past.

Reading this now, but one point… the author he quotes believes that while the GOP will line up behind Trump once he’s secured the nomination, but that the Democrats will not line up behind Biden, although they already did that, despite their own distaste for him? I’m not sure I’m buying that?

But I do appreciate them taking the threat seriously. That will help to get the Democratic base to vote for Biden, knowing the threat posed by Trump. I think discussions like this WILL make a difference, especially if it can get pushed into the mainstream narrative more than it has been thus far…

Rather than calling for a break from Defend Texas Liberty, the faction proposed general language that would have barred associations with individuals or groups “known to espouse or tolerate antisemitism, pro-Nazi sympathies or Holocaust denial.”

But even that general statement was not enough to sway a majority of the executive committee. In at-times tense debate on Saturday, members argued that words like “tolerate” or “antisemitism” were too vague or subjective, and could create future problems for the party, its leaders and candidates.

32 against to 29 for.

they set the bar on the floor, and still couldn’t step over it

When they get to the point where “Nazis are bad” is as bridge too far, i think we can safely consider them lost. “If we were only nicer to them” memes and statements need to die.

White House: If GOP votes on impeachment inquiry, Greene ‘truly calling the shots’

https://thehill.com/homenews/administration/4342497-white-house-if-gop-votes-on-impeachment-inquiry-greene-truly-calling-the-shots/

If the House GOP moves forward with a vote authorizing an impeachment inquiry of President Biden, it will show that Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-Ga.) is “truly calling the shots,” the White House said in a new memo.

The memo is the latest effort by the White House to tie the House GOP’s drive for an impeachment inquiry to its most hardcore members such as Greene, a fiery supporter of former President Trump.
