Is she upset that they didnโt invite her?
Youโd think, but for some reason she said (in part),
Nazis are not welcome here in South Dakota. We stand on the shoulders of generations of Americans who have fought for the Freedom of all โ here and abroad. We stand for life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. We reject all hatred and Nazis. Full stop.
Maybe all those bannings from First Nationsโ lands made a dent in her fascist leanings?
More likely sheโs just making the โrightโ noises that she knows people need to hear, which is the bear minimum of rejecting out fascistsโฆ Of course, sheโll likely put โantifaโ and BLM in that category of fascist, most likelyโฆ
Not sure why he didnโt spend time in jail.
The cruelty is the point.
In the United States, this tradition has been heavily revised. As DNA testing grew more sophisticated, every state adopted statutes or rules allowing newly discovered DNA results to form the basis of a challenge to a conviction on grounds of โactual innocenceโ. The scope and breadth of an inmateโs ability to bring a DNA-based claim of actual innocence varies greatly from state to state. The Supreme Court has ruled that convicted persons do not have a constitutional due process right to bring DNA-based post-conviction โactual innocenceโ claims. District Attorneyโs Office v. Osborne , 557 U.S. 52 (2009). Thus, the way such claims are handled may vary greatly from one jurisdiction to the next.
He was found guilty, so actual innocence in not material, I guess? Iโm sure his complexion plays no role whatsoever. Itโs not like he was convicted of killing a BLM protestor or anything.
Iโm no fan of the death penalty to begin with, and this is why.
Killing an innocent man is murder, Mike Parsons is a murderer.
Thatโs not really a fair comparison. Hitler was convicted of treason prior to his authoritarian takeover. My fingers are crossed that Trump will be, too, but he hasnโt even been charged with it yet.

Private equity firms are killing the fast-food industry, not wages.
FTFY.

When one of [the] poll workers questioned Wahlโs ID, Wahl asked the Limestone County Probate judge to have that poll worker removed. The poll worker, Clyde Martin, was later told his services were no longer needed.
wtf!?
According to court records, Wahlโs immediate relatives object to what they call โbiometricโ identification, including photo ID, which they believe to be the Mark of the Beast foretold in Revelation.
oh, well. thatโs okay then.
laws only apply unless you donโt like them. got it.
