Actual guilt or not can have nothing to do with our modern courts. Suffice to say; about anyperson’s first trip to court; and it has little or no resemblance what we’ve been taught in our schools.
It’s more akin to being a french fry; at a fast food restaurant. And citizen, taxpayer, family person … You’re a name on paper, accused, and you may as well be an item out of an unpublished Orwellian novel. “Based on what I read here” … You don’t exist as a person in the courtroom; you’ve suddenly became written words, written by the people working in the courtroom, for the courtroom, and by the courtroom.
For most of us, “Justice” in a courtroom costs $300 an hour. And nothing is done in an hour in a 21st century courtroom.
