We may have different versions, but mine has a super stubby micro tang with a clearly welded (and no apparent post weld stress relief heating) to a bolt with a nut in the handle side. Pretty big “blade” (almost hesitate to call it that) to have such minor (and questionable) support.

Yeah, I was looking into more details of the images of the cabin, and the colorful decal under the armrest, “Shark Cake” - it’s a strain of recreational weed. The joint as well in his little kit bag.

When I had a yard, my Kabar was mostly used for trimming and weeding. But it is full tang carbon steel and can hold an edge.
I don’t know what the POS bush out side my apt is, but it grows like a weed and I have to wack it back monthly or it starts covering up the steps to my apt.

Except for the missing license plate, what was he being charge with?
He could argue that he was being singled out for practicing his “performance art” and not his behaviors, and that the arrest was a violation of his first amendment rights. (He could have taken better care to make sure that his “props” were prima facie harmless.)
This is a similar strategy of the Westboro Baptist Church where they support a controversial cause, and takes these slights against “muy freedumbs” and convert them into a revenue stream.
