Not a quality control issue , just really bad design. The operation of the “gas” pedal will naturally, and obviously, push any pedal cover forward. So it’s a no-brainer that the cover should have been installed by sliding it on from back to front. Then pedal use would make the cover fit yet more firmly.

2. This one looks Rivian crossed with Toyota Tacoma TRD; it even has the Rivian light bar across the tailgate.
3. I see a lot of Ineos Grenadier in this one, if they made a long wheelbase version and someone created an unrealistically-big camper for it.
