Probably because it’s an webp, an image format developed/pushed by Google, that is only supported by some browsers.

She blew a good opportunity to start anew. Should have pointed to a cliff or some deep hole and suggest to others “Maybe she fell down there, to her death… she’s gone… yep… that’s the last we’ll ever see of her.” then be on her merry way , unshackled from the burdens of her previous life , free of her chrysalis to become whatever she wants.

Reminds me of this parable:
