That’s intentionally neutral phrasing that can and will be read as an affirmation of the negative by those who want to interpret it that way. Trump supporters will say, “see? Rosenstein said there was no interference!” But what he actually said was that there is no allegation in this indictment about the interference, not that interference didn’t happen - they’re just not saying anything about it here.
Edit: Yep, I found some Trump supporters on Reddit using this quote as proof of lack of collusion.

Well fair do’s - if they have the goods then they have the goods. I will watch the court case with interest.
Still, one cant be too impressed with CrowdStrikes work. The indictment says the moved to secure the servers in May and they were still being accessed in October.
