This is the unit I use, and it works great for yogurt, soups and stews.
A bit limited on the size pot you can fasten it to due to the clamping bar, but very effective.

If you could clamp ice paddles in there and fit it to a 20 quart pot, it would be great at cooling in a restaurant kitchen.
Boing Boing has become the Archie Mcphees’ of absolutely useless junk that doesn’t even stir in the amusement or artistic value of a nice rubber chicken. Many Archie items can serve a daily function just to fulfill the need for absurdities with out thinking of politics.

One thing I appreciate about the bb shop posts is their attempt to connect with the plights of the common people. They fail most of the time, but the attempt is amusing.
