I would say the bullet went right through the colon with all the crap that spilled out.
Now the question is how well the poop can be cleaned out, and if there are any lifelong morbidities.

Here in Oz, I read an article by someone whose father served in WWII. His father said “If a bunch of people as smart and educated and civilized as the Germans can fall for this, the rest of us had better watch out.”
