Let’s not forget that Pence’s incompetent, too. Yes, he’s an actual politician, who understands the principles of how the US government works, and who has actual goals and ideas to pursue. This makes him look brilliant next to the howling void of idiocy and incompetence that is Trump. But some brilliant, calculating evil mastermind he absolutely isn’t.
