Can’t say I am surprised
… basically, any stranger out there in the world, of whom we are aware, is doing something that gets them more than the average amount of attention, or we wouldn’t be talking about them
So we can say, about literally anybody in the news, “oh they’re just doing it for the attention”
It’s not an interesting thing to say
They’re low-effort posts, like “That person seems mentally ill and this is my amateur diagnosis”
