I just realized that there were two parts to the question, the first part of the question was, “What didn’t you like about the Obama Administration?” The tweet referenced in the OP does not mention that.
Nikki Haley sucks enough that we shouldn’t need to resort to these tactics to make her look bad. The tweet in the OP is rage bait.
