Obese orange baby has fit after TV tuned to wrong channel

I’ll guess this much, that pre-nuptial was not written by Cohen, it’s gotta be super iron-clad after three failed marriages and countless affairs.

She must feel so freaking trapped, I really wish she would leave him already.

Meanwhile there was a report of a complaint from the white-house last year that they couldn’t get pornography on the TV channels there, so trump must be frustrated as hell and the country continues to be the victim.

Wtf?

That’s generally shite, no matter what your anecdotal non-data says. And in Melania’s case specifically, you think she has the upper hand over the goddamn POTUS?? GTFO

Looks like it might get exercised:

Is he an idiot or this amazingly brilliant man. Which is it. I don’t have to get the fuck out. It’s my opinion in regards to speculation on Melania and that moron. And I do think she has an upper hand in terms of a prenup assuming they have one. I find it unlikely she didn’t get it worded in a way that if he got caught sleeping around somehow she wins in that scenario.

We will see what’s what as it unfolds.

EDIT: Maybe I am wrong. I don’t know them and do not want to. My comment was not flippantly dismiss the struggles women go through every day in regards to real power, I am sorry if it rubbed the wrong way, it was not intended that way.

Wow, maybe the writers of Robot Chicken are psychic! Their version of Trump doing a Veruca Salt impression was amazingly prescient. I couldn’t find it online, but the episode title is “Hi” (season finale).

I doubt she did, because he wasn’t really in it to win it (at first).

Prenups are generally written to protect the person who has the most money so they can cling on to their assets when the relationship heads south, not to protect the interests of the trophy wife.

The longer she waits, the older their child will be…that’s usually part of the divorce formula used by courts.

Also, people in Trump’s wealth class (ie., millionaires and up) pretty much always have prenuptial agreements. (They’re a good idea for anyone with any assets, to be honest.)

Right?

I’d totally trade whatever sway that I supposedly hold over menfolk in exchange for getting paid the exact same wages for doing the same job…

I just couldn’t see myself making a lifelong commitment to someone I had so little trust in.

I mean, put yourself in her shoes. His last two lifelong commitments lasted 21 years combined. It’s likely to be a chapter of her life, but not much longer.

True…but not 100% always the case. There may have been (and I can envision it being the case here) a simple clause of “if you get caught…everything is out the window”.

Like I have said multiple times in this thread…its all speculation and opinion. I am merely going with I think she is not an idiot and I do not think she had an idiot attorney. Whereas the orange blowhard I believe is an idiot and it is clear he has hired some idiot lawyers. So I am betting on her having the upper hand in this one.

What I mean is that I could never see myself entering into that kind of transactional relationship in the first place.

Why would Trump or his lawyers agree to such a condition? He never even pretended to be a loyal spouse and he was the one who had all the leverage going in to the relationship.

So you’re saying Trump and his lawyers are the smart ones?

I never said it was a fact…I said it is my speculation and my opinion. I am entitled to it. You don’t have to like it or agree with it…but I get to have it. Just stop responding to me and let it lie. I am not really sure why you seem to be arguing and belaboring this with me.

It’s now been made clear to all of us that he’s paid hundreds of thousands of dollars in hush money to the mistresses we know about so far. But no such clause has been activated, and they remain married.

Others have pointed out that your interpretation defies common sense given the power imbalance, both when they were married and today. Your interpretation also ignores the facts: any conditions necessary to trigger the sort of contingencies you’re suggesting have already happened. If language exists in a prenup that makes it possible for her to leave him with advantage, that would have happened a long time ago.

Well, they are the more experienced ones.

What do you know about his previous divorces? Did those two exes take him to the proverbial cleaners? Our are you just assuming Melania will because women somehow always have the upper hand?

I disagree. She has had plenty of reasons to remain married to him up until this point.

Again…I have an opinion and I have you and @brainspore are having this “WE MUST PROVE SOMEONE ON THE INTERNET WRONG” thing going on.

both of you enjoy your day. Leave me out of it.

What’s wrong with asking you to support it?
