Famously, advocates for free speech point as a central tenet of their ideological position that it should protect firefighters who let someone’s house burn down because they don’t like them.
Suing seems a bit low key. I suggest burning the place to the ground, raking the ashes, and then sowing them with salt so that the magnitude of their shame and dishonor because of this treatment can be seen from space.
According to wiki (sorry) & some OK history site, Hitchcock OK’s population stood at 121 in 2010 & 2015.
That’s a frickin’ dense hate ratio. They’re so fucking hateful they didn’t want 3 more residents/taxpayers/potential friends because one --a child-- is black?!?
I’ve been in Walmart (sorry) with a higher occupancy but less hate.
They have a GoFundMe set up to help them start over and pay legal fees. –> Help the Gamel-Medler Family <–

According to the reports the civil rights lawsuit was filed in federal court, which should keep the decision out of the hands of the good ol’ boys in Hitchcock. Hopefully.
“Plaintiff is a gay man with an adopted seven year old African-American son.
These facts were not known to the Defendants when they began the actions of harassment
described below.”
Do we think that second sentence is a typo and should be “were known”?
