They went to the doctor last Wednesday after no improvement and couldn’t get tested. Was diagnosed with bacterial bronchitis and put on antibiotics. 6 days later no improvement, cough and temperature persists. Back to the doctor today, told what they have definitely viral but tested negative for flu. They still won’t test for COVID-19. Prescribed prednisone and Flovent. Told to tough it out unless things get worse. Waiting on radiology to look at chest X-ray.

All five acquired it overseas; they should’ve shut the borders at least a week earlier, but we might still manage to keep it mostly contained. I expect we’ll still have rich yachties trying to sneak in without going through quarantine, though,

I leave it to our med professionals to interpret- but it seems that the vision side effects are rare- and mostly occur at high doses over a longer period of use. The treatment recommended in the previous study for CoVid-19 was not at that dose - and over only five days; if memory serves.
