A young Norwegian health care worker who’d tested positive for the Corona virus has been fined NOK 20,000 (USD 1,800) for violating isloation rules and partying over the weekend.

The defendant now charged in Norway’s western region of Sogn og Fjordane instead ignored the regulations and headed out to a party with other youth also supposed to be in quarantine.
Police all over the country have been alarmed by what’s being called “quarantine parties” that violate extraordinary anti-infection regulations. Local health authorities now fear that all of the youth at the party, who were in quarantine but not necessarily sick, have also been infected with the Corona (covid-19) virus.

"Residents of different communities in Rio report messages from traffickers and militias imposing a curfew on the population due to the pandemic of the new coronavirus.
The state government has already imposed restrictions to isolate the capital of Rio de Janeiro and try to contain the spread of the virus. Measures were taken to reduce the operation of trains, ferries and the subway. However, no curfew was determined, with a set time for residents to be at home."

Well, briefing today Trump isn’t using “Chinese virus,” instead “invisible enemy.” So that’s the upside. The entire upside. He’s back to minimizing, comparing to flu and traffic accidents and repeatedly saying it will be over soon, “not 3 or 4 months like some are saying.” Dr. Birx then got up and said yeah, pretty much 3-4 months. He insists it will not be months. Dead people or stock prices…

Veterinary meds are the same chemically, but not held to the same purity standards. Biggest problem, as i mentioned above, is that chloroquine has potential serious side effects. They are well understood and not a big deal if you know what you are doing. Problem is that is a very big if.
