Waits for whoever currently owns the defunct Blockbuster trademark to issue a ‘cease and desist’ in 3… 2… 1… because free enterprise (this) and late-stage capitalism (them) are not good bedfellows.

There’s been one of those on the main drag (visited by tourists and locals a like) Alexandria, VA for a few years now in front of a popular coffee shop. It’s super neat.

Not totally defunct…
During the pandemic I bought an old MG. The lady who was selling it stated that her husband died years ago and the car sat unused in the garage for a long, long time. As I inspected all areas of the car, I opened the trunk (or “boot” in MG terms) and found evidence to support her claim.
