More crazy rulings. This one strikes at the heart of Native American tribal sovereignty, and specifically goes against a ruling from 2020.
ETA; It also, as is the new habit of this court, undoes 200 years of case law that clearly established that the Federal Government has sole power and jurisdiction to interact with the tribes.

Yeah, but I feel horrible for her: what a shitstorm she is walking into. She deserved to be a Justice on a functional, law-abiding Supreme Court, not this nonsense.
