Scuba diver has been visiting the same fish nearly every day for 30 years

Hey, different boat, different float.

Is that a parrotfish?

no. Not sure what it is… but that’s not a parrot fish. That thing doesn’t have a “beak” it’s got goober looking teeth.

On the flipside, fish folklore now includes a story about a magical human who will grant you free crabs.

met a lady in Dingle, Ireland that does the same thing with a dolphin every day. She jumps in and it comes swimming up and plays with her. I believe she’s ONLY been doing it for about 15-20 years, though she did move from Germany to be with the dolphin…

Better to be biting crabs than having crabs bite you.

I am a party pooper

so it’s entirely possible that Lilo believes Pudge controls the weather and that he is the reason for it raining the night her parents died and now she feeds him so that he’ll keep it from raining

I visit my girlfriend once a month

Fish has been seeing the same crazy mammal trying to drown itself and cheering it up, nearly every day for 30 years.

Yes, but dolphins are much more well known for being social animals, very smart, and interacting with other species.

Still an awesome story, though.

Thank you for that.

I’ll have to go back to it, but last I checked, it wasn’t it.

Before listening, I had assumed it was from “The Promise of a Fisherman” (which seemed a good clue) from Winter’s ‘Common Ground’ album. But that didn’t work out either. That all said, (and I should have posted before!!) I was focusing on the piece heard during the fisherman’s and the fish’s dance. Very cheerful tune; bouncy! But nope. My search continues. (I can’t imagine that PW did the score exclusively for the animation.

It’s a sheepshead wrasse. An interesting, though not overly beautiful, fish.

That’s a VAST over-generalization. Quite a few species of shark are quite happy to attack people, any insistence otherwise aside.
