Christ, what assholes.
The problem with using āitās because people have gunsā as an explanation for the militarisation and trigger-happiness of American cops is that, if that was the reason, weād be seeing the effects spread evenly across the community.
But we donāt.
Unarmed black folks routinely get shot within seconds of police arriving on the scene, whereas heavily armed drunken whites get a lengthy non-violent de-escalation (e.g. http://www.alternet.org/civil-liberties/8-white-people-who-pointed-guns-police-officers-and-managed-not-get-killed). Poor neighbourhoods get dogs, tear gas, sniper rifles and MRAPs; wealthy neighbourhoods get low-impact community policing.
Unusually for America, this time the problem isnāt the guns.
His nipples are milk duds!
My guess is they get the camo cheap from the military. Same as they do the tanks, and guns, and all that over the top gear.
Our military contractors get such fat deals from congress and so much money despite squandering such a huge percentage, and selling a ton of it overseas to enable wars and brutal governments everywhere, we still have a huge surplus. Hence the cheap sales to US law enforcement and the militarization of our police forces! Hurray for freedom!
just curious, why being pro warrant for search equals eff the police? Isnāt that a basic right and a legal requirement? shouldnāt we all be standing up for our basic civil liberties? granted Iād never ever get that doormat myself, but it seems less eff the police and more eff the police abusing their powers and breaking the laws and requiring due process.
Arenāt all male nipples āmilk dudsā?
The doormat still wins.
The sheriffs in hand-me-downs felt that doing things right was an event to be recorded with a picture and their attitude is demonstrably thus -in spite- of the rights alluded to by the doormat, not -in recognition of-.
Fuck those guys.
