Some other attorneys are calling for disbarment of them both. It’s difficult to disbar an attorney in most states but, at the very least, a formal complaint and investigation would be time consuming and expensive.

What matters is the money. If the clients are of a similar mind and don’t have a reputation or image that conflicts, sure the rest of the named partners wouldn’t do anythjng. But start losing clients? Doesn’t matter how they feel personally, they’d find a way.
Though the discussion is moot. According to the articles I read, his firm is just him and crazy lady. A personal injury firm.

They are clearly armed and dangerous. Anything other than a middle of the night raid with stun grenades and an APC being driven through the wall would be irresponsible. After all the militarisation of the US police was necessary because of criminals with automatic weapons, right?
