Dammit, now I want some okonomiyaki. Even some of my half-assed version, made with what I have on hand (i.e. no nagaimo, pork belly, tempura scraps or seaweed powder…)

Looks like a well seasoned carbon steel skillet.
Well, the eggs are grossly overcooked and enjoy getting your hands covered in butter. Which is why we put eggs INSIDE the bread. Yuck.
