I was surprised that the original law applied to Nixon only.
Four years later, Congress passed the broader Presidential Records Act that required every president to archive official records (the ‘74 act only applied to Nixon). The new act went into effect in 1981, when Ronald Reagan began his term.

Sandy is an exurb of Portland that straddles the main highway to and over Mount Hood. So it has a lot of ski, snowboard and mountain biking shops. But traffic is a shitshow there because they allow unfettered sprawl and development.
