I believe that, if he isn’t drummed out of the Senate, Ted Cruz must be forced to wear the shaman’s bison headgear from now on, whenever he is on the Capitol grounds. He shall be allowed to carry the spear – but only because if he wishes to speak, he must tap it twice on the floor before doing so.
