Iām not quite sure if this is the best thread for this, but itās at least in the right direction.
So, I was just hit by the realization that I donāt want to look at the news. I donāt want to hear about the US elections or Putinās newest lies or Muskās latest brainfart. Itās all stuff that is important to many people, but itās also stuff that does not directly and immediately affect me, and which I as a Finn canāt affect in any meaningful way.
So Iām putting it all aside for a while; Iām thinking a month or so would be good. And, sadly, that means Iām going to stay away from the BB BBS, too, because there are plenty of people here for whom all those things arenāt just a source of useless frustration and stress, but of direct and dire personal importance. So they will be discussed and posted about, quite extensively, and right now I just plain canāt and wonāt engage with any of it, meaning that the only reasonable thing to do is to stay away from BB for a month or so, too.

I get it, and Iām sure most of the posters here do as well.
In fact, we all get sick and tired of all this stuff to the point of needing a mental health break, short or long.
Take care of yourself, and come back when you can.
