People keep wringing their hands over whether Trump is an idiot or a genius to pull all this America-trolling shit. The truth is, burning it all down isn’t hard. It’s inconceivable to anyone with a conscience, so it seems difficult. But to a shameless sociopath who could give two shits whether anything or anything else is safe, intact or healthy as long as they end up on top of some heap or another, it’s really rather easy.
