What’s funny is that he’s so not a self-made man. At all. The guy has been one of the luckiest SOB’s, for sure, but not a self made man.
As I noted in another comment some time back, he took daddy’s money and ran with it, getting into NYC real estate when the city was literally still a dumpster fire, including all over the now completely gentrified Manhattan.
And he still fucked it up. His crown jewel was eventually Trump Tower - and his utterly ridiculous apartment within - but the guy still kept fucking up over and over again, only to keep getting lucky over and over again.
The asshole couldn’t even figure out how to build a fucking CASINO for profit.
Trump is now only a brand. All those buildings and hotels and shit just license Trump on it, have him say a few words at the grand opening and then they are run by people who actually know how to make money.

I just got the Pneumococcal vaccine (the 23 valent one) the nurse’s technique was so good I didn’t even notice the prick. I guess it also helps that I know to just relax and not watch.

How the hell did you pull that off? I was certain you’re under 50. I’ve had pneumonia 4 times, and UM Medical system won’t allow me to get it.

I’m 27, but basically I’m a medical wreck waiting to happen, so the doc just said “have your shot. It’s not going to save you.”
Also, I’m a 10+ pack-year smoker and the 10+ pack-year is one of the recommended groups for pneumococcal vaccine, along with 65+ or a high-risk infant. Although infants and children are typically given the 13 or 9 valent vaccine, because they tend not to build up a response to the 23-valent one.

4 times. Average of once per decade on Earth. I have a proven history of susceptibility to the bacteria, but a smoker can get it instead. (Sorry, I don’t want to hammer you too hard for your addiction, but dayum.)

I don’t know what to tell ya. My doc knows how much I like vaccines and she’s gotten tired of me asking if I could please get injected with whatever super-serum they have.
Seriously, vaccines are awesome. Injectable superpowers. I am now “IMMUNE TO 23 DIFFERENT STRAINS OF PNEUMONIA-MAN.”
I did however have to pay for it out of pocket.
People with high risk should get the Pneumococcal polysaccharide vaccine (PPSV23), ask about that one specifically.
