I wonder what influence Trump had over this. It could be anything from the government of Israel did it because Trump told them to and they feel they need to keep Trump happy; to they wanted to do it and were worried to do so but Trump empowered them; to they gave Trump advance notice that they were going to do it and Trump decided to make it look like Trump was in charge by tweeting in advance of their announcement.
