And I think that this is where we disagree. The fact that this guy is willing to speculate in this fashion (IMHO) makes him unqualified to do so. Anyone who is truly qualified would not touch this with a 10 foot pole.

As much as I loathe TFG and pine for his imminent demise, you are absolutely correct; it’s simply not professional nor ethical to diagnose anyone from an armchair position.
As so many people have already weighed in, 45’s apparent cognitive impairments are hardly the only reasons not to vote for the raging fasschole.
