Trump suggests ingesting disinfectant to cure coronavirus (Don't, it'll kill you)

The saddest part for me was the next day when she tried to spin this verbal diarrhea as “processing information” in a Fox News interview. Her level of respect in my book dropped to roughly the price of oil currently.

The Guardian is speculating that this might be some kind of tipping point.

To me, this looks like just another day in Trumpland and I expect this will be forgotten in three days time when he says/tweets/does something equally/more stupid.

Oh please, please let me be wrong. I want to be wrong.

Predictable and depressing fallout is both predictable and depressing.

Which timeline are we currently in again?

Oh, you’re probably right. But we are in a timeline where every damn documentary with pretensions of seriousness still try to tease the viewer with an equivalent of the “the answer to all headline questions is NO” rule. I.e to always state something about what may follow whatever they’ve just told you, in whatever scientific stories are unfolding (it always seems to be scientific discovery documentaries) and then follow it up with a “or were they?” teaser.

BBC’s Horizon went through a period of being a prime offender in this respect.

Did any of these people actually ingest lysol intentionally. I looked online to see if these people are actually stupid or just around chemicals they are not accustomed to and cant find a story about someone intentionally drinking bleach.
