Priebus next? I always thought he was meant to be he GOPs man in Trump’s WH. Kinda surprised he’s not gone already.

I really wish the WaPo didn’t run things like this:

Did I miss something?

The article cites the wrong person writing an article in 2015…

Nevermind, found what they meant to link to:

Yeah, but I’d advise non-subscribers not to waste one of their free articles for the month by following that link.

I sort of expected that by now Boing Boing would have curated an article for me on what is in the definitely-not-the-ACA. Does anyone know of one? Or are the details still kind of hidden?

I saw Rand Paul and friends having a press conference to whine about how the GOP doesn’t want to repeal the ACA now that they have the power to do so. Eat it Paul, you might actually want to do awful things on principle, but I find it hard to believe you didn’t know you were in a party full of assholes who were only voting to repeal the ACA because they knew it wouldn’t happen as a way of harassing an uppity black man.

Two years from now when the republican congress has done nothing but fight itself about how to leave tens of millions of people without healthcare, maybe Americans will think twice about supporting the party of dysfunction. Who knows, though.

Trump keeps blaming the Democrats for his trainwreck of a transition. Maybe he should take a look at himself.

This article paints a picture of Trump as a total weenie who is avoiding travel because it puts him in a position of weakness and because travel is hard (oh no, sleeping in somebody else’s bed and dealing with time zone changes… cry me a fucking river). But he calls this “putting America first”.
