Police recruits quickly learn to cover indiscretions by colleagues and those who don’t are ostracised.

Haven’t watched the clip but as it apparently didn’t end in a shooting or custody death, I’m guessing the cop and the dick kid (thanks @VeronicaConnor) are both white.
Considering that police families have 2 to 4 times higher rates of domestic violence than the general population…

If you became a cop because you expected to pull over sweet old ladies who smile and offer you a plate of cookies, you were misled by your guidance counselor.
