The republicans seem to be having a good go at making it only possible to vote for republicans with the 160+ pieces of legislation at state level restricting voting rights. Talk about a ‘Big Steal’.

I couldn’t find the video, but was impressed by how many articles about this there are! This one from 2009 ends with a hilarious (to me, a liberal) possible answer to why Colbert was invited to speak at the ‘06 Correspondents’ Dinner. 
They didn’t know his show was satire!

I would pay good money to see him perform in a comedy club…just as long as he quits his job in the Senate to become a comedian first.
