You don’t have to be brown to visit, but it sure seems to be a major factor in which people become “Frequent Flyers,” as it were. Imagine if you were subjected to that ordeal or worse every time you returned home like Mr. Shihab-Eldin is.
In my experience, Houston has the least friendly passport control people of any airport I’ve ever flown through.
