usually presidents release at least some information about their medical condition. trump has released some, probably doctored ( eek, sorry ) medical info in the past.
like his tax returns, or his blase attitude about killing tens of thousands of americans, he doesn’t seem to care much

If Trump was killed by lightning while playing golf during a storm, Qanon would probably blame HAARP or something. If he dies in any way at any time they won’t accept it is natural. To them he is literally God-Emperor Trump.

Who knows why has hasn’t seen a doctor. Even under the best of conditions he wasn’t the most rational person. He’s old. He is getting weaker. His mind appears to be on decline. He probably has a drug habit. He is probably more sick than he is letting on. He wouldn’t want anyone to know because he believes it makes him appear weak. That’s all you need to know. He simply might not care.
