Remember when Republicans were all about the free marketplace and against government intervention in corporate affairs? In this case there’s corporations trying to exceed federal regulations and that’s something that’s a bad thing?
I guess with today’s Republicans, anti-regulation is only desirable when it’s removing barriers to killing the environment.

Once upon a time in a movie rental place, Red Dawn was playing on the monitor, and I laughed. The clerk looked at me, a little hurt perhaps, and said quite earnestly “That’s a very important movie.”
