Well seeing as LaPierre seems to have explicitly offered money in exchange for Trump falling into line on gun control it’s still potentially another article of impeachment, even if there’s no connection to Russia.

It’s a blatant bribe, so if Trump either accepted it or solicited it,

In my house we’ve been guzzling this cheeky Impeachmint cider, which actually tastes a bit like peaches and mint.

Impeachmint: So refreshing and long overdue. It’s time for Impeachmint.

Of course not! He did not explicitly state “if you do x I will do y” therefore there can be no bribery. What do you mean that’s not how it works? Fox News says that’s how it works! :face_with_symbols_over_mouth:

“ But that classic sexist question, Who would you want to have a beer with? —69% of voters are clearly taking a hard pass on that.”

His supporters don’t even want to spend time with him.

I smell continued Russian influence.

I saw (no link, maybe WaPo) in the post-UN presser, Trump said people should take a look at Pence’s phone calls. :face_with_hand_over_mouth:

Two things about this.

  1. No matter what you think about the GOP, it’s fair to get it done asap to at least give them time to throw together a presidential primary process for 2020.

  2. It’s going to make for absolutely horrendous Thanksgiving get-togethers for families with a lot of conservative relatives.

I would speculate that most people that want Trump gone want him disgraced badly enough that his die-hards will realize they were wrong to vote for him.

Hence, no demands for him to step down. They want the plane to crash, not land prematurely.

Yep. It’s hard to morph into something you already are.

Gloating.

Yeah, that’ll be me. I’m done staying quiet for the sake of harmony.

Maybe. But they don’t care about fair and neither do I.

Nope. They’re still gonna gloat about how President Trump is so awesome that Nancy Pelosi (who I’m supposedly a big fan of unbeknownst to me) had to impeach him because she was tired of winning. And they’ll continue to prattle on about how tough it is to be a conservative in America, and how they’re all such poor put-upon little martyrs…

Things are accelerating pretty fast, eh? It’s fascinating to watch and i hope something positive comes from it because things are progressing at a rapid pace in the UK too, the next couple of months would suggest both countries are facing critical moments. Hopefully you can remove that orange stain from the oval office carpet and we can remove our own narcissistic, thin skinned liar-in-chief. Both country’s nightmares started in 2016 and it’d be just super if both [nightmares] came to an end at the same time.

Plausible deniability and all, but it sure as hell sounds like he just put out a contact on this person. When the name becomes known, I truly fear for them. Especially since the people primarily tasked with protecting them are the ones primarily tasked with eliminating them!
