A half dozen Miss Teen USA Pageant brochures, an assortment of golf score cards, and a burger sauce encrusted copy of the Jumbo Fascist Activity Book for Beginning Readers will fit easily into a standard trailer. There should even be room for the Trump brats to stay there as full–time custodians once their bankruptcy empire is stripped down to its component parts and Papa Bear is sent up the river for tax evasion and money laundering.

In fairness to Don Quixote, he thought he was doing something noble like fighting off big mean giants, whereas Trump just wants to keep burning coal, but he’s a curmudgeony asshole who doesnt care about real human lives or the environment.

its very silly. There was a time for a couple years there where incandescent alternatives were ugly, turned on too slow, and actually contained pretty toxic stuff. I could kinda see the opposition. But at this point, the technology is so good you sound like a guy with an HD TV saying betamax is better. or like Grandpa simpson complaining to the TV network.

it’s actually a case where government regulation spurned innovation that might not have happened otherwise. Of government working really well for the common good. Which is probably why it pisses off republicans.

Just a couple of weeks ago a city-level right-wing politician in Vienna, Austria, explained in an interview how “38 Gigabytes of CO2 are radiated into the cosmos each year”.
I’m sure Trump is trying to talk about the same thing.

Can’t be. Number one, it turns out that I misremembered and it’s slightly over three weeks ago. Number two, it would mean that he’s fluent in a foreign language. In fact, I wouldn’t be surprised if he was one of those Americans who are honestly surprised when they learn that foreign languages are used in other countries in the same way that English is used in America.
For the record, the Austrian politician in question is a woman and I don’t quite agree with her morals.
