Cesar Sayoc Jr., Florida man, arrested in pipe bomb case; van with 'right wing paraphernalia' seized

I don’t see how “fifty-year old man kept his van clean” indicates anything one way or the other.
If it was dirty, you could just as easily say, “Nobody would keep their murder van in such a shabby state.”

I am going to guess you are alluding to the salt water laden air. I live in New England, my car isn’t constantly covered in road salt…even in the winter. Residents of an area know how to care for their vehicles.

Van looks new and stickers look new.[/quote]
So this individual couldn’t possibly have bought himself a new or late model vehicle recently? If he did that automatically is suspicious? I bought my daughter her first car about 4 months ago…should she be a suspect?

How exactly do you know he wanted to maintain anonymity? Also, you know they weren’t proper pipe bombs how exactly?

Yes. It is. And entertaining as it was for many many seasons and iterations, it was still just a TV show and not reality.

I’m not passing things off as concrete evidence. I’m simply stating thoughts. It would be stupid to rule out anything that is all that I am saying.

Those look to me like window-size montage stickers, not individual stickers.

By all means, post your findings here.

While you are at it, the name is known so you can look through historical satellite/street view data with Google Earth Pro. His address is public info (already cheked). I am at work or I would have done so and posted it (machine with pro is at home, work computer not allowed).

Let us know how you do.

Aren’t these things that should be considered?

No, you can rule out lots of things. Ruling out things is kind of necessary if you want to not sound like a credulous conspiracy theorist.

I am tentatively ruling out that the van is made of cheese. If new evidence comes up we can revisit it.

I don’t know that. These are all things to be considered. Lol. Why is everyone responding as if any of this is concrete. Speculation is speculation. If it is relevant than its worth discussing. Or am I wrong lmao.

Oh …so anything that could possibly not fit your idea of what is or isn’t possible is just a conspiracy theory?

When will people finally get that Florida Man is a super villain??

Ford stopped manufacturing those van’s back in 2014, so it can’t be new.

So you really want to nit pick my phrasing here on whether they are all separate stickers vs some amalgamation?

By the way, if you are expecting EXIF data to be intact on twitter pictures you are going to be disappointed.

Is this your first forensic rodeo? You are going to need the original files.

No no don’t you get it? This clearly means Ford is in on it too, because it’s so nice-looking they must have rolled it right off the factory line last week just for this occasion.

Yeah… there seems to be an implication therein that ‘all’ vehicles that are owned and driven regularly in the state of Florida “must” have a significant amount of rust damage because of the climate there, so the lack of said damage “must” mean that the vehicle is not actually from Florida.

Whew… as far as logical/plausible theories go, that’s… something.

ok. So you DO think my daughter is a suspect because I bought her a car recently?

Or are you saying it is not possible that someone living in an area where cleaning the exterior of one’s car is a necessity to it’s long term care because of weather is only possible for those who are perfect at everything?

Oh, that would have been brilliant!!! All we would need is someone with some crackers…I could bring the wine…WE’D BE IN BUSINESS!
